When do you send invoices and what are the payment terms?
Invoices are dispatched bi-weekly on the 1st and 16th of each month, with payment due within 14 calendar days.
How are billing periods structured?
Work from the 1st–15th of the month is billed on the 16th. Work from the 16th–end of the month is billed on the 1st.
When can I expect a refund?
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
