What packages does Flow Digital offer?
- Hourly Packages: 10 hrs ($1,950), 25 hrs ($4,750), 50 hrs ($9,250)
- 1-on-1 Sessions: Implementation or Strategy ($297 per session, 75 mins)
Retainers: Unlimited Retainer ($5,997/mo), Fixed Retainer ($2,775/mo, up to 15 hrs)
What is included in the 10-hour package?
10 hours of consulting services including: workflow strategy & design, software setup and development, API development, documentation, training, maintenance & fixing, email communication, and scheduled Zoom sessions as needed.
What happens if I reach the 10-hour package limit?
Any additional services will be billed at $225/hr. You can also set up a new 10-hour agreement if preferred.
Can I get a lower package if I can’t afford the 10-hour package?
We offer a 5-hour package for $1,125. Please note that the $195/hr rate for the 10-hour package cannot be maintained for the 5-hour package.
What happens if I don’t use all my 10-hour package hours?
Package hours are valid for 12 months, giving you flexibility on when and how to use them.
