The Client Portal only supports one account per client. Each project is tied to a single email address to keep your information secure, ensure all project activity stays in one place, and helps avoid confusion across multiple logins.


If you need to update the email you use for the Client Portal, just send us a request at support@flow.digital. We’ll update it on our end and confirm once the change is complete.
